It has been shown that adequate levels of Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation in the brain and decrease anger and anxiety. The effect is more pronounced with increased dosage of eicosaptentaenoic acid, more popularly known as EPA, than with docosahexaenoic acid or DHA.
